1. We guarantee satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not pleased with a product, feel free to return it.
2. Our return and exchange policy extends for a generous 14 days from the date of order delivery.
3. To qualify for a return or exchange, products should be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining.
4. We process all return and exchange requests promptly, typically within 3 to 5 working days.
5. Please note, delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
6. Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred for exchanging products.
7. For orders exceeding Rs.5,000, we offer an exchange option, as these orders are not eligible for a refund.
8. In cases of damage, leakage, or receipt of the wrong product, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.

(registrations 782580, 782579, 782578 and 782577) and are owned by Shoaib Ahmed
Baig. All logos, brand names, product names, product photographs,
descriptions, videos, page copy and design elements on this website are our
property or are used under licence.

You may not use our trademarks or reproduce our content without our prior
written permission. This includes, without limitation, use in any business name,
domain name, social media account, advertisement or product listing, and any
copying, downloading, republication or automated scraping of our product
photographs, product names or descriptions.

We reserve all rights and will pursue unauthorised use through platform
enforcement, domain dispute proceedings and legal action..
